Neil Bell


Maxine

A former NHS clinical psychologist, award-winning businesswoman, and mother of three, Caroline is best known for her work across British TV drama and comedy drama. Her TV credits include All Creatures Great and Small (Channel 5), Brassic (Sky Max), Better (ITV), Meet The Richardsons (Dave) and Hollyoaks (Channel 4). A proud Lancashire native, Caroline brings heart and grit to the role of Maxine.

Eugene

Leading the cast of Keep On Keepin' On is Neil Bell as Eugene – the last man standing on a once-bustling northern high street.

Bell has worked extensively across TV, film and theatre, with credits including Shane Meadows’ Dead Man’s Shoes, Mike Leigh’s Peterloo, and most recently Phil Barantini’s Adolescence. His theatre work includes the original cast of The Political History of Smack and Crack, which won the Summerhall Prize at the 2018 Edinburgh Fringe Festival before transferring to the Soho Theatre, London.

Ashley Luke Lloyd trained at Ivana Chubbuck Studio Los Angeles in Acting and also was a child actor playing Michael in the Original Cast of Billy Elliot - The Musical (Victoria Palace) West End.

As an adult, West End credits include Original Cast of Dreamgirls (Savoy), Loserville (Garrick) Saturday Night Fever (Peacock) International Tours include - Mamma Mia!, Flashdance & Jesus Christ Superstar.

On Screen, Ashley is currently the lead in “Goodwin Island” on Amazon Prime. And previously Gingerclown (Lionsgate) along with guest roles in Waterloo Road (BBC) The Royal (BBC) Hollyoaks (Channel 4) and cameo in I Could Never Be Your Woman alongside Michelle Pfeiffer.

Krystyna

Laura Bayston is an award-winning actress and writer, proudly working class and born and raised in Dagenham, East London. She is known for her powerful performances in BAFTA-qualifying and multi-award-winning films including Hungry Joe, Hollow, Old Windows, and the BFI-funded SAFE.

Laura began her training at the prestigious Anna Scher Theatre School in North London and went on to study at both the Bristol Old Vic and the Bristol Acting Academy.

Her film credits include leading roles in Old Windows, SAFE, Hollow, and the award-winning feature The Wife & Her House Husband. On television, she has appeared in Killing Eve (BBC America), Ellen (Channel 4 Films), Slow Horses (Apple TV), Doctors, and Casualty (BBC).

On stage, Laura has played Dolly in One Man, Two Guvnors, the Reporter in Bad Roads (Here to There Productions), Chick in Crimes of the Heart, Puck in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Monica in The Last Days of Judas Iscariot (The Rats Theatre Company), directed by Susan Lynch.

A long-standing and proud member of The Rats Theatre Company in Stroud, Gloucestershire, Laura continues to collaborate with its founder, actress Susan Lynch, in creating bold and compelling work.


Caroline Chesworth

Christine Walsh is a British-Caribbean actor best known for playing PC Bowers on Coronation Street. She has appeared in guest roles on Tin Star, Emmerdale, Hollyoaks, The Dumping Ground and ITV crime drama Ridley, amongst others.

An artist with diverse interests and skills, she has a background in dance and physical theatre and is also an experienced voice over artist.
